How has the development of our young juniors been going since the departure of Sheens?
One thing Sheens could claim as a legacy was his junior pathways system he implemented. Very successful…it's really our only asset.
Imo we are still identifying the talent...but how well are they being developed into the top grade?
I think we're starting to see this facet slide a bit as well unfortunately.
JTs game plans are holding back talent...There needs to be a balance between attack and defense....I see what JT is trying to accomplish. ..but I worry development...With young players maybe out of their depth too soon....I worry development is being compromised
