Junior Moors

Really strikes me as the sort of player Potter would have loved to have had in his squad. Haven't been following much of his World Cup form, and I can't begrudge him leaving for more money/opportunities at the Storm, but I can't help but think he'd have proved to be an integral, if not very handy player for us under Mick.
Can we get him back under the mercy rule or something?

Your worrying about getting Junior back under a mercy rule when we could apply for Fifita ??

Fifita was rightly moved on and has done well for himself. He didn't show the required attitude and probably combined with poor coaching meant he didn't play to within a smidgeon of his potential. Plus I think the bloke is an absolute tosser (having never met him or shared a single word with him). Always liked Moors, thought he deserved more of an opportunity, and he just strikes me as the sort of bloke Pottsy could do with.
If we want to rag on about Fifita then I'm happy to elsewhere, just a supposition on what I (and seemingly most) consider a fairly underrated bloke.

Look the talent we have coming through is the equal of Moors if not better

I wish him well in Melbourne ( or Brisbane Easts )

That's sort of my point, the talent 'coming through'. It's not there yet, and we don't know whether Potter will be around when it finally does. He'd be head and shoulders above Anasta and Thompson at the very least, both of whom have had regular spots in the back row last season. I get what you mean about having better long term prospects, just think we let the wrong one go (shock horror).

I definitely don't see Junior as a second rower He is a prop or lock

Not mobile enough to be a second rower , especially in defence

With Keefy ,Woods ,Ava ,Buchanan ,Brown ,Gavet and Taupau we are probably fine for props

If that's the case, Brown and Gavet are unproven, and Buchanan still has a ways to go. Either way he'd be handy to have, and I think we'd have seen more from him under Potter than Sheens.

If you can't "Get it" at the Melbourne Storm….
You never will!!
Good guy Junior, But he should head to the super league as soon as he can...

8\. Woods
10\. Fifita

14\. Galloway
15\. Moors
16\. Taupau
17\. Murdoch-Masila

… Size

Happy, you have said we are fine for Props and to look at all the talent we have got coming through (in this case referring to the forwards)

Well I have no Idea who you are talking about because I dont see it.

I compare our forward pack to other teams and dont know whether to laugh or cry.

Backs are a different story, but we wont ever be contenders with the forward pack we have.

Woods and Keefy have played SOO in the last two seasons

Farah has played SOO

We lack strength in the back row I agree , but up front we have as good a selection of props as any other club in the NRL

lol keith played 1 game a couple of years ago and he looked out of sorts.. same as woods this year.

to add more, our back up options include, buchanan, brown, tapau, ava, gavet etc. who would be lucky to have 50 games combined.

not to mention woods is still relatively young.

i actually disagree with you completely and say that we probably have one of the worst if not the worst prop rotations in the comp.
however, come back to me next year with the same players and i might change my tune.
