The best time to tell how the season is going after Origin is finished.
From May until June last year we couldn't get a win. Up until then we were doing reasonably ok. We dropped from 7th to as low as 14th before we started winning again. Manly were doing pretty badly around that time as well and they surged back into the finals late in the season.
