I think the only way to salvage (other than folding) this Club is to keep the good and competent leaders and put everyone else in Reserve Grade

Guys like Klem, API, Joe O (based on last year) and Bateman.

Benji and Sheens need to swallow their ego, realise they screwed up and put young blood in with good leaders.

Yes get rid of everyone & replace them with Scolari, Simpkins, Seyfarth etc.

First graders don't grow on trees and even if they did, I am not sure our current recruitment team could find them

We do need a bulk cleanout Demps,but lets start with the dumbarse CEO and Chair,then get rid of the comedy routine we have called a coaching team,thats where all this shit started,living off past glory...I remember Paws gave me a serve because I backed Madge who I thought if he had what Sheens has now we would have been closer to the 8 than the spoon,funny how Paws said he has full confidence in Sheens,Benji and Farah and Madge had to go....wonder where paws is now,I think he may have embarrassed himself....

Give Staines a decent chance at fullback so we know if he can make the step up to nrl fullback coz he was doing it in reserves last year, but yeah we really need a 1 and 7 that are consistent nrl players just off origin level otherwise we’re going round in circles.

Why do you think Klemmer is a good leader? He looks to me to be one of the most selfish players in the NRL.

-Had a falling out with the knights coaching staff, abused a trainer and raged on the field when he was substituted off. That just shows absolute contempt for the coach and the guy who's coming on to replace you. It's like he was saying to everyone else in the team that he was that much better than them that they are unworthy to step on the field instead of him. What does that do for the team mentality? It's the opposite end of the spectrum when compared to Souths "next man up" philosophy for example.

-Has the slowest play the balls in the NRL because he would rather back into the defense and fight for 10 seconds and stand in a tackle to get +1 on his post contact meters than get a quick play the ball for the next guy.

-Blacklisted from Origin by Freddy and Alexander, apparently because he carried on like a sour tart and moped around holding grudges. Also probably because he wouldn't play the way Freddy wanted him to play and get an occasional quick play the ball for the team.
