That's an easy statement to come out with if you are loosing , bet he would not say this if we were in top 4

I think you hit the nail on the head. Its the gentle approach and all about encouragement, no raving and ranting or even calling a spade a spade. I think you need to mix your encouragement, with some good old fashion honesty and not be afraid to call it as it is. Although thank God we have moved on from the days of the loud mouth bully coaches

GEO,it would actually be interesting to know what is said behind closed doors…

Although you are right,"what is said behind closed doors,stays behind closed doors"....

Agree Geo, puff piece deluxe.

There's no way that Farah doesn't hurt when he looks at that ladder and knows our season is gone. I've been critical of the way he's handled things in the past but one thing I will never deny him of is that he is ultimate competitor on the paddock and he hates losing.
