we can more than match them in the forwards.

this will be won or lost by our halves and centres.

would like to see a dominant performance from wests-tigers pack in this game.
manly have strike power all over the field, as much as it pains me to say, and despise to admit it, they are a good team.

give them any chance and you will suffer.

What we need to do is have Simona on the left with Richards and have Fulton there too, this will strengthen that side and would be more ball playing, we will get the ball going down there all day, bombs, plays etc.

Lulia is a solid defender, he is going to be busy all day against Matai, he isn't going to crack him so all we need is for him to contain him in defence.

Nofoaluama is reliable, he will run down Williams all day.

Our forwards need to step it up and show up, Manly has a nothing pack this year, rookies, they have lost their best forwards.

We can win this but we need to have the confidence and Braith needs to play like he did last week, you can tell he wanted to be there.

We are heavily outgunned in the 3,4,6 and 7 jerseys

Even if we win the forward battle we will need to lift big time in the halves

I don't know which Lulia you've been watching because his defence has been terrible, and that's being kind.

Also, Nofa will be defending against Matai/Blair.

Forumers just have a go at Lulia for the sake of it, he goes out there and does his job, he is no Tim Simona but he is also no slouch. He didn't miss any tackles in a losing team last week which says enough for me.

That will be a very difficult team to beat. They were clinical against the Roosters and they play as cohesive unit better than most sides. They're not the biggest or quickest team but their structure is second to none.

And mentally strong , they rarely throw away football games no matter how bad they play

We will need to play our best and even that is no guarantee for a victory

Manly have had their core playmakers on the field building that cohesiveness for a number of years now. Hard to match. Unless of course you've got a mean bench and a couple of young guns. Then maybe there's a possibility.

Soft
Bunch of pussies

To state the obvious - it all comes down to the pigs. We need them to be dominant. If not, we're no chance. Manly have a huge advantage in the backline. So unless we have good go forward - no, make that excellent go forward - our backs are no chance of keeping us in the game.

we need to send a missile at Matai until he breaks… and i dont even mean physically breaks, I think most of the time he goes of injured its mental, like he scores a try or makes a major play or gets dominated he is all of a sudden injured. I dont know what it is, but it sometimes comes across as a camera thing.

You are wrong about Lulia. His defence is ok.

Their bench is ordinary and their back row are small. However they are well drilled and each player does their job.

We can win this, but we need to be in their faces all game as I believe they may struggle to go forward against our pack.
