If it was foul play that ruled the player out of the game then sure. Otherwise no, attrition is part of the game.

Yeah if player is placed on report, for example Felise knocking out Matterson on Thursday.

Possibly also for no-fault HIAs, because whilst that is technically a form of attrition, it's an external party that rules you out of the match.

Agreed, If you fail HIA and ruled out of the remainder of the match by independent medical staff then sure a medical replacement. That seems reasonable.
