Members pack delivery

They called me yesterday to apologise that they are being delayed. They aren't sure when I will recieve it but it will be before round 1\. Then 3 hours later I got an email saying it had been dispatched LOL. Wests tigers professionalism down to a T.

Seems like false promises when they came out earlier this year and said improvements have been made to the membership department. I ordered mine the first week memberships were available and still haven't received mine.
It seems though they have said it will arrive next week every week for the last month.

Every year I'm disappointed by our membership team.

Glad I'm not the only one. Paid mid January. Sent them an email a couple of days ago.

Got an email back of

I apologise that you are yet to receive your membership pack.

My experience

Received email that wifey's member pack will arrive shortly. I sent email asking about my pack, got a reply saying that only my wifey's pack was ticked as Auto Renew.

I asked how this could be, since mine was the original membership with an added person. My email used for both, I did not remember ticking any Auto Renew?

Was told that "this is the first time that I have seen this happen, we apologise". No instructions to fix problem. Have sent further email asking if I have to redo my membership or if it was dealt with. No reply yet, email sent Sunday.

I'm not feeling the love

I think auto renew boxes were already checked, and you had to uncheck to opt out…might be wrong though
 
For the 1st time think I received my membership without a glitch. I have all for packs and the seats appear to be correct, hopefully i dont show up to someone in my seats though. lol
 
Nothing yet and I live 1 suburb away from Concord…. They could hand deliver ....

I got an email last Monday saying that it's been dispatched. Funny enough, the email was addressed to my 7 year old son. Didn't know whether that meant it was just his part of our family membership or all 4\. Anyway, it said it should arrive in 4-6 business days.

5 business days later, my son's and daughter's packs turned up. On the plus side, the seats matched last year's, and my son is using the bag for his library bag. On the down side, there was no mention of the 2 adult packs, and this year's goodies seem cheaper than last year's.

I'm not too worried about the 2 remaining packs yet. We still have a while to go to our first game. Hope they don't make me start to worry though!
