So he is guilty of being a bystander whilst his brother kicked a boom gate?
8 weeks minimum.

I'm sure he wasn't arrested for just being a bystander. Seriously the dumb things the drink makes these guys do.

Had a go at the police apparently, trying to stick up for his brother. Pretty lame stuff all round, imo, but if Daley is consistent he will have to drop him for Origin game 3.

Jennings will play SOO 3 .
Last year when Pearce got dropped for his misdemeanour it was a blessing in disguise for Daley , as Pearce was playing like a busted .
Jennings has been fined and been stood down by the Rorters and the penalty is sufficient .
Right or wrong he'll play in game 3 IMO .

Unfortunately for Daley, he didn't have the balls to drop Pearce for playing like a busted and used his misdemeanour as an excuse. Now he has set a precedent.
From what everyone is saying Jennings was just being a dick, so hopefully he is there for game 3.

Depends what the sticking up involved. Cops have a hard enough job without every clown with a skinful giving them a hard time. But the drink makes you do dumb things.A sorry officer I'll get him home would seem a more sensible approach but as I said….
