Mitch Achurch

Yeah good player, very strong defensively and not a bad ball runner. Played back row in the 20s

Good luck Mitch. Why is he playing for Penrith and not us ?

Alternated between Balmain and Wests last year. The change of scenery has obviously done him the world of good.

He's definitely older than 19\. He played NYC for us in the first season of NYC. He'd be 22 or 23 I reckon.

Going great though!

We lost Gibbs, Fifita & Achurch (all props) for Blair. Achurch captained the Magpies in 2011 & was their best … a Balmain junior who played U20's with Simon Dwyer ... he should still be a Wests Tiger ... Tim Sheens why ???

So no doubt if I search through your posts I'll find all the ones where you complain about Achurch leaving the club? Or is it just a pretext to stick the boot into Sheens a bit more?? Hindsight is 20/20 right?

You cant deny Yoss he'd be handy right about now….and its not up to us mug fans to be the experts on recruitment and retention, we can only go on what we see..... theres lots at the club on very good coin paid to do this job well, supposedly
