Gotta try and get my head around this but does this mean I dont need foxtel anymore and can watch all games on a mobile or tablet.
At the very least I should be able to watch channel 9 scheduled Tigers games at 7.30pm (on a mobile,etc..) instead of having to sit through Broncos games first, before watching the tigers in delay. at 9.30pm.

Maybe, according to the link you posted

***Five matches per round live and three as per Nine Network broadcast times**

Guessing that means the Sunday afternoon game won't be online until 4:00pm, but the Friday night games might both come online at 7:30 (as they wouldn't be able to tell if you were in NSW or QLD)

Thanks DavidDuncan somehow missed the 5 and 3 games bit. So looks like some weeks I can't see the Tigers games live as they might not be part of the 8 games broadcasted. I wonder if you can see all games as replays?

I'd imagine we are going to start seeing fans at the games watching their mobiles or tablets instead of the big screen for replays and video ref decisions. A bit strange but a sign of the times I suppose. Might not be too far into the future you get your own screen on the back of the seat in front of you (airline style)

Previously if you were overseas you could sign up and pay to watch the games through bigpond over the internet I believe.
Im not sure what the price of subscription was tho

hmmm this sounds interesting…Airplay NRL games to my TV via Apple TV and the NRL App on my IPAD and its could mean goodbye to Foxtel....
