It's something the WT need to keep an eye on. The Tiges should offload any long-term players who have gone backwards. Those guys have been worn out by years of failure and need a change. The Tigers need strong-minded players who are excited about the challenge of helping to build up struggling club. They need to move on players who are jaded or who buckle under pressure, even if they are talented.
