\. Ben Barba (Bulldogs) - The diminutive 'Dog was outjumped by Kurt Gidley for Newcastle's first try, but made up for it by scoring two others including this ridiculous effort to round out a big comeback win.
\. Darius Boyd (Dragons) - Set up one try with a great cut-out pass and scored another with a neat grubber ahead for himself as the Dragons regained their winning ways against the Warriors.
\. Jamie Lyon (Sea Eagles) - The Manly skipper came up with three try assists and kicked another three goals in a fiery win over Melbourne.
\. Matt Utai (Tigers) - The nuggety winger thrived in the centres against the Gold Coast, scoring a try, laying on another and busting seven attempted tackles.
\. Ashley Graham (Cowboys) - Made a superb try-saving tackle in his own in-goal to deny Shark Isaac Gordon, and scored with an excellent diving effort in the corner to help the Cowboys claim a fightback victory.
\. Benji Marshall (Tigers) - Benji's hitting sensational form at just the right time for Wests, scoring one try and having a hand in four more in a romping win over the Titans.
\. Luke Walsh (Panthers) - Opened the scoring against Canberra by finishing off a long-range try, put up a bomb for another, gave the last pass for a third and slotted the match-winning field goal
\. Jason Ryles (Roosters) - The Tricolours' hardest-working forward also scored a crucial - albeit dubious - try in what turned out to be a one-point victory.
\. Robbie Farah (Tigers) - Controlled the tempo in attack as his team ran wild over the Gold Coast, and was a rock in defence with 42 tackles and no missed tackles. Even managed to get in a bit of field goal practice in the dying seconds.
\. Brent Kite (Sea Eagles) - Produced a rock solid performance that was overshadowed by the first-half fireworks between the Storm and Sea Eagles, notching 168 metres from 19 hit-ups.
\. Jason Taumalolo (Cowboys) - Provided great impact off the bench for a North Queensland side that had lost Tariq Sims and Dallas Johnson to injury, making a game-high nine tackle busts and crashing over for two tries in an eight-point win.
\. Chris Heighington (Tigers) - Led the Tigers pack with 19 hit-ups, eight tackle busts, three offloads and a try.
\. Corey Parker (Broncos) - A terrific workhorse performance, with 25 carries for 189 metres, plus 44 tackles and three goals.
