Like him or not 30 hitups for ~260 metres and 35 tackles.
Amazing work rate

& he's cleaned his game up a lot in the last few years

Was absolutely fantastic tonight. Bet Parra are spewing they never gave him a go. I like Gallen. Anyone who can play prop for 80 minutes, and effectively for the whole period, is a freak.

I hope our forwards were watching tonight…the guy is all guts and a machine...why cant our forwards (Ellis excepted) play like that?

He shld get the dally m he deserves it! If our players played with the heart he does every week i wld b happy!

gallen is a machine a great player and with expection of gareth that is how you play tiger forwards with guts good old fashion guts tiger player s take note.

To top it off he seems a nice guy too.
Had a bit of a talk to him at a corporate Christmas party and , even though there were loads of people wanting to say hello or take a pic he didn't rush anyone.
Much like Lote (who was also there) and a few other first graders VERY professional.
The ONLY ONE who wasn't and looked like trouble waiting to happen was…..drum roll...Brett Stewart.

Has gotten rid of the thuggery like crap in his game for an unbelievable work-rate. Credit to him, his club and his family.

Where do you pick him for origin this year?
I'm against picking him at prop. I think he'll play the exact same game regardless of the number on his back. I think we're better off running with 2 props and Gallen at lock. Having said that NSW doesn't have any props jumping up and down screaming to be picked and sadly he may just be the best option at prop.

I actually think he plays better as a prop being closer to the middle of the field. He seems to get the ball more. He played prop on Monday night didn't he?
