Some impressive numbers from a few players tonight. 62 tackles from Twal, 59 from Grant...shows how hard we worked in the middle.

Still not using the bench effectively though.

Twal and Harry are amazing! 62 and 59 tackles.
No forwards made a lot metres but still a good effort I think in the forwards.

Our problem was more mistakes, penalties, discipline.

The signs were there last night of Twal and Grant heading for burnout. No way they can keep it up for the rest of the year. Madge has to get a better balance and rotation going.

All stats a wrong taken in isolation. It doesn’t make that much difference really where they come from. Stats only give you a very narrow window of the entire situation. If you base your entire team performance purely on stats alone then you will end up with a bunch of nuffies.
