I am no expert BUT looking at what happens when a try is scored against us, I see a lot of bewildered faces, or even some eye-pointing... and not one player rallying the troops to regroup and stay positive. I dare say even the coach is looking more and more dejected.

I understand this is hard to do when yo are getting beaten regularly, however it is just as important to stay focused when a try is scored against us as it is to celebrate when we score.

Or is the same old case of non existant leadership on the field?

Perhaps someone who has been sitting close to the in-goal can add to this, as to what is said.
