PM stuck in Outbox

I have a PM that is sitting in my Outbox. It's been there for a few days. It is to wtpoty for 3-2-1\. Previous weeks have gone through without issue. What am I doing wrong?

Nothing probably….wtpoty has been slack and not opened it....

yep, they stay in your outbox until the recipient opens it.
this gives you time to edit it if you wish
