pretty sure the bald guy spotting for cayless was payten.

saw some really interesting pieces of equipment. the $40,000 treadmill which simulates running speeds of the game. the foot harness cayless was using early on doing variations of a squat and then later on used by the players for upper body exercises in a sort of reverse push up routine. also in the background when benji was being interviewed some of the players were holding these wobbly planks out to their side which just from watching them looked hard work.
all in all it seems folkes is working them very hard in the gym and making sure theyre primed for the start of the 2010 season.

Yep, you're right it was Payten. Looks like he's gone for the Dr Evil look over summer.

Blake Lazo was using one of those wobbly sticks he is still looking really skinny or was it just me? Wonder what sheens plans to do with him?

Dinners with the sponsors and fan days with sick kids.

Loved it and got plenty out of it.

No doubt Flokes was an astute pick up.Players seem to have taken to him well.Well documented he's a tough bugger
so hopefully we'll be able to grind out the tough/close games and build on a good platform from up front. We always
have looked better when our pigs are making a decent dent in the opps defence.

I thought our defence impoved alot last year but it's good hear (with the added size and strength) that they're trying
to improve our one on one defence.Hopefully we won't see another riot from the likes of Watmough,or hopefully
have him (or the likes of) a little more contained.

Can't wait to see what sort of impact Caylo has for us.Can't wait to see him and Galloway togther.Like to see them
bring along Woods.

Good to hear robbie speak about the squad and if injuries occur we're in a better position than the past with our
depth this year.IMO i don't think we've had a better balanced squad.

Also will be good to see Ellis get more into the attack side of things.Fulton should help that out in both attack and
defence.

One thing mentioned on the show which has bugged me for ages is our kicking game.Sheens mentioned kicking then
goal kicking.Hopefully we'll see an improvement in our general kicking game as well as kick chase.Be also good if
benji can up his % in goal kicking as well. But geez our general kicking game can be ordinary, getting out of trouble
or an attacking kick also kicking for touch.

Sheens also talking over doing it feeding players too much info,so lets hope he keeps it simpler and clearer with
alot coming into their prime, also not coaching players out of their strengths.

He will likely move back to halfback where he is most dominant.
Club has granted him leave currently. My best wishes go out to a good kid who has given everything he has for the WT.

A very positive half hour show.

How were the other episodes in relation to our rivals.

Was it just a positive spin peice on each club or do we genuinly look good for 2010???

It is usually a positive spin in some way or other.

Except for the Sharks, training out of a van at a little athletics field. Reminded me alot of our Pre-Concord days

yeah the sharks one was depressing.
Moral there must be so low. I hope they go a little better this season.
