Look at the 2 replacements. Hope covers Api- currently nobody covers Api in the squad.

Bula under no injury cloud, so Mason is there for who? Either To'a is still not totally clear (Naden moves to centre) or Galvin drops out with either Naden to centre & Doueihi to 5/8 with Mason to #14, or Mason straight in to #6 (less likely IMO).

Most likely scenario I think is- To'a not 100% & Naden on standby, Hope to take Naden's #14 spot regardless of To'a being fit.

Are reserve grade on. Any clues there

It’s his most consistent year so far .. at the start of the year I would’ve been happy to see him get punted. Now I’d say he’s become one of our key players

Agree though, souffs forwards should be easily contained. It’s their backs that make me nervous

The fact he’s been so shit for years with us makes me nervous this possible flash in the pan type form will end soon.

lattrell is a weapon . We have to kick to him all day and make him ruck it out of yardage , find grass with our kicks /kick early , and have him run. If we do that we will go along way to beating them .
I like Royce starting . 15 mins of high intensity runs should hopefully get us up field , and when Bird comes on to move twal to the middle we hopefully will have done enough damage to them that we won’t go backwards too much when hunt comes off .
Then run it again with 15 mins to go , to change the momentum in the back end of the game .
Hopefully it works , it could mean May to lock , Pole to start and Twal and Fainu holding down the middle either side of half time .
It’s a long shot , but hopefully Hint has the tank for it . We will see I guess.

How's Campbell Graham been going? Seemed a bit quiet up to this point. I think their forwards may have a slight edge. We're playing Bird & Sukkar as two of our significant rotation today and Hunt starting when he's barely played 40 minutes in a game all year.

Same could be said about Tim Johannssen who just left and big Herman who just disappeared.
All this potential that we seemed to have in the off season to provide depth in the forwards turned out to be a myth.
