TEAM LIST Round 16 vs. Raiders

Team List
Don't understand this week Kit Laulilii is in and Heath Mason and Jordan Millar are out ?
What is this - give everyone a try out ?
I thought both Millar and Mason looked impressive last week !
Was hoping Douehi might be good for this week but assume he needs another week
Also think Seyfarth should be in run on side and Porter or Millar on the bench
Apart from these comments the team is ok !

Seyfarth gets into his own head when he starts and gives a ton of penalties away.

For whatever reason he's less likely to do something dumb when he comes on off the bench

Wests Tigers v Raiders
ROUND 16 - SUNDAY 23RD JUNE

4:05pm

There are a couple of changes to the side which defeated the Titans at Leichhardt Oval in Round 15 with Lachlan Galvin slotting straight back into the halves and Api Koroisau returning to hooker.

Galvin returns to the side at five-eighth after being rested against the Titans, with Aidan Sezer moving to halfback.

Tallyn Da Silva moves to the substitutes bench after filling in for Koroisau at hooker last weekend.

The other change to the starting pack sees Fonua Pole move from second row to prop in a swap with Reuben Porter who will start as an edge forward.

Campbelltown junior Kit Laulilii has been called into the 17 for the first time this season after making his NRL debut in Round 27 last year.

The only other change is to the backline where Brent Naden moves into the centres and Solomona Faataape pushes out to the wing.

Adam Doueihi is again in the extended squad after making his long-awaited return from injury in the NSW Cup last weekend.

Doueihi is one of 10 local juniors in the 22-man squad as the club prepares for its Junior League Appreciation Round match against the Raiders on Sunday.

I think it is a bit of try out of sorts. This is the process of blooding players into first grade.
Think about Feledy had just the 1 game, pretty rubbish at the end of the season and got called up again when our depth was really tested.
Did better but that game he played in last year I’m pretty sure one of our more senior guys was available to play but sat out.
Gave him the opportunity, the exposure and the lessons to build off.
I’ve questioned similarly the way TDS has been handled. But from having played limited in game minutes in cup this year after spending earlier game in SGball starting; we release Simpkin TDS plays his first starting game in cup this year and then starts in first grade last week showing significant improvement from last year.
Mason and Miller did no wrong. Let them take their enthusiasm back to cup and build off it.
