Sandor Earl Could Return Next Season

Former NRL flyer Sandor Earl could return to the competition next season as he finally gets a hearing date at the anti-doping tribunal.

Brent Read has been following the story closer and told Rush Hour that Earl "has been sent a revised infraction notice by the NRL and he has been sent a date for his hearing and the hearing will be in early August."

Sandor Earl has been tackling the ruling with his legal team and that has been the reason for the delayed ruling.

The former Panther is still only 25 so could return to the NRL and the Australian journalist added that "the proposal from ASADA was a four year suspension, if he can get that cut in half to two years then he can potentially come back in September."

I'm not sure about scapegoat. Possibly wrong advice as I believe he was the only one who admitted guilt. I think trafficking was involved in that plea.

I don't count the Sharks players because they were being pressured at the very last minute and were given a greatly reduced bargain to boot.
