Sandow to playnfor Wenty

Just reported that Chris Sandow will play for Wenty this weekend.

Not sure if it's a good thing or not.

Must be something really wrong between him and Kearny - or maybe he wasn't really injured last week and is paying for it big time.

Very happy about this if true as i thought he was due for 1 of those games where everything he does comes off somehow. Casey maquire at halfback i beleive. 1 of the worst halfbacks i have seen. Go u tigers

You can basically guarantee Hayne will be playing in the line alot if Sandow is with Wenty.

I heard that Kearney told Sandow in last weeks game he has 5 minutes to get his act together or he'd be hooked. At which point the shoulder injury arose quite conveniently. My source for that is the father of a member of the coaching staff at Parra.
From things that he's said and the history at the Eels with coaches and players alike something just isn't right within that club and hasn't been for a long time. Given the rotation of coaches and a clean out of players it makes you wonder where the problem actually lies.

This stumps me. I genuinely thought that Sandow had been one of Parra's best in what has been a very poor team for the first 4 weeks. All of a sudden people are sticking the knife in - it is easy for him to be the scapegoat when he is getting paid so much coin.

I've heard there's a lot of off the field problems - a ton of money to give a young guy who's not used to having it….

Whoever said that, if it was said, really doesnt know footy….five minutes?
A team could be defending for 5 minutes straight.
Its not like one single player ever is in total control of a game

Just saw 9 news, they had weedler on, and a grab from last nites TFS, Hindy said hes been training with the main squad, I reckon he'll play for Parra

Hindmarsh on NRL LIVE has backed Kearney in dumping Sandow. Said a week in Reggies will hopefully get his form back. Looks like he won't be playing on Sunday.

To be honest Ink it was probably just an exagguration, but you get the idea, get it together or you're off.

Yeh, I know.

Actually since my last post here saw a thread on LU, has photos of him training with Wenty yesterday

Toe be honest it doesn't matter if he's out or not. The Tigers still have turn up and get the job done, and the Eels should be desperate no matter who runs out for them. Up to the Tigers to build on their win against Penrith and stick it to the Eels.

I agree but the choice of a fired up Sandow who wants to make a statement or Sandow sitting in the stands, I think I know which I would choose…
