Apparently Brooks twice asked for a release. NRL from every angle said Luci also asked twice to be released.
THE_POM recently mentioned that if we don’t use up our cap in the case of Luci being released at this late point in the season then his cap spend can rollover to 23. Not sure how much of it, but the point is, perhaps this is why we’re not releasing players simply because they ask?
