Shades of Season 2006!

Is it me or the team is doing a complete opposite of 2006 in terms of wins and losses!? As well as some of the game outcomes.

2006:
(W) 24-15 v Dragons
(L) 47-12 v Bulldogs
(L) 10-26 v Warriors
(W) 30-28 v Storm
(L) 32-12 v Cowboys
(W) 42-16 v Sharks

2011:
(L) 24-14 v Bulldogs
(W) 20-12 v Warriors
(W) 34-24 v Raiders
(L) 24-6 v Roosters
(W) 30-6 v Rabbits
(L) 20-14 v Titans

Also it is worth noting that the 2006 Storm game and 2011 Raiders game are very similar!!!
Where by we had huge leads (30-4 v Storm and 34-10 v Raiders) and in the end we ended up getting run down but managing just to win.

The injuries remind me of 2006 too.

Last minute wins are also back.

Who knows what's next…..

Going by this theory (ie; similar patterns, only in reverse/mirrored)

We will win the comp in 2012\. When does the 2012 futures market come out?

Nice comment Happy. I am about to experience something similar at the same time. Im sure I will remember Easter 2011.

And to keep with the intent of the thread - we are one more injury away from a 2006 re-run. I suspect that with the status quo we are still a chance of grabbing 7th or 8th. But to lose one more player would just about do it. Farah must be a big chance to need surgery and I think that would about be it.
