Signings, Suggestions & Rumours Discussion

I certainly hope he has put on some pace. Watched the WT V Canberra game yesterday where he took an intercept about 15 out from line and no one in front of him. Looked like he was running in quicksand.
Me too..I was astonished he was run down so quickly..?
Add his discipline issues, and id honestly written him off totally
But yeah ...na,......."training the house down"..blah blah blah..
.anyone interested in taking the bait?
Totally wasted his talent
Its over

Latu will probably end up with a very good career if he works hard but Galvin is a generational talent. No contest for me, but we may not have the choice.
Who has the better attitude and continuity at NRL level? We have seen the Ben Barba's and the likes in the NRL. What sort of player is Galvin? A generational talent perhaps, but what we need is more than just talent

By all reports Galvin is breaking records with his fitness. The other kid is keen on Oporto (not a fact, just going off reports that he returned overweight).

He filled in at halfback… that’s enough for some hack tabloid writer.

AD is fine for a squad member that we are paying min wage for. I wouldn’t be looking to move him on but I also wouldn’t stop him going to a team if he thinks he makes the team each week. Thanks for your contribution and move on.

Yep, also a high chance of it all being made up.
I would!

He is not even a serviceable first grader in any position!

Non-tacklers who actively avoid the collision are toxic to the culture!

seen a decent amount of team predictions (including manly forum) without bullemore in their team lists. Should give them a call offering AD/Staines/Naden with the past showing they love a former WT, maybe even Klemmer considering their short premiership window

Lol

The kid is the fittest in our team

And had broken club records

He watches footy matches at home instead of going and partying

He’s not just talented but fit, dedicated and loves the game.

If he stays fit he’s a future immortal I’ll put $100 on it

  • $5 note: Also known as a "fiver", "pink lady", or "prawn"
  • $10 note: Also known as a "tenner", "blue swimmer", "blue grenadier", or "blue tongue"
  • $20 note: Also known as a "lobbo" or "lobster"
  • $50 note: Also known as a "pineapple" or "fiddy"
And
  • $100 note: formally known as a "grey nurse," "watermelon", "granny smith", "Bradman", or "melba" is now a "Debenture."

I’ll put 20 debentures on it.

That buys me Wests Ashfield too!

“I swear, as the sole owner of Wests Tigers to bring back ….. the Wests Tigers … and eliminate any person who speaks of Balmain or the Magpies… and free happy meals for kids at all home games!”

We’ll get short odds but I’m in.

So not sure if this is the best place for this as he is gone now, but had an interesting conversation with my son yesterday up her in Townsville.

He's been doing Sports Therapy and Physio at uni up here and one of his lecturers works with the Cowboys. (and the students do practice work at the training centre).

The Lecturer knows my boy is a tigers lad so told him of a conversation held with Bateman (don't know if it was face to face or not) and he asked what's really gong on down at the tigers.

Interestingly enough Bateman said that the place is great, the team is good he and Benji contrary to popular belief are fine and he said Benji was an excellent coach, has been really proactive at keeping the young kids humble and on track and building a culture of success.

He said the reason he wanted out so bad was the front of house, its an absolute disaster (we all know this) and its just too much crap

take of this what you want, just thought id pass it on as im certainly not one to have contacts or anything to add here very often

$100 used to be grey nurse where I’m from.

If you put that $100 into a debenture at Wests Ashfield, you can hang out with Julie and Denny. 🤣

There is hope

Jayden Daniels ran for a critical first down to set up Zane Gonzalez's 37-yard field goal that clanged off the right upright and went through as time expired as the Washington Commanders beat the Tampa Bay Buccaneers 23-20 in an NFC wildcard game.

The result night marks the franchise’s first playoff win in 6945 days.
My favourite NFL team. Was a great game. Has been too long!
