I was hoping someone would be able to clarify something for me which I struggle to understand.....

Why do the clubs foot the bill of origin representation? Shouldn't it be NSWRL and QRL to pay them because the clubs get no real benefit from it???

Clubs don't pay the SOO match payments but some players have bonuses built into their contract for reaching certain milestones such as SOO.
