Noyce was the first CEO we had who new how to handle the 'factions" he always had time for the fans….unfortunately he also new how to backload contracts which had us in strife hence....the Man U of NRL never came to fruition...

I lost count of how many times i'd see him out the front of Cambo making sure everyone get in 10 mins from kick off. Definitely a man of the people.

What about when he sacked Carney from the Roosters, then 12 months later ended up at the Sharks with him.
 
Whatever happened to Martin Bullock? That guy seemed to fall off the face of the earth after he left the club.
