Sum up our season in one word

G'day guy's. Hav'nt posted in a while just wanted everyone to pick the first word that spring's to mind for you that sums up how you felt about our season. For me considering new coach, new ceo, problems in the boardroom, no money, horrific injuries, the Benji Marshall show. We by alright's should have got the spoon. Now 15th isn't anything to write home about but the club is in the midst of a massive transitional period. Potter has done an amazing job the reason i say that is you can see it in the way the younger players have developed throughout the year, the more senior players maybe more set in their ways, but we have the best crop of juniors in the comp coming through. So my word is.

HOPE.

Surprised.. Considering Sheens was moved on because of "losing the players" I would've thought they would relish the opportunity to work under a new leader and thrive but it appears they had issues with Potter as well. I think that tells us a heap about the attitude and over inflated opinion some of our senior players have of themselves.

DRAINING… The number of injuries really cruelled any hope of being a competitive defensive unit regardless how our attack shaped up.

Hopefully we will reap the benefits of blooding so many kids and they will be in better shape next year to counteract any misfortune.
