Do you want that competition back? The last time it was held was in 2004 and Wests Tigers won. Does anyone have any footage from an official release of that final tournament?

The best thing about footy when i was a kid. Loved watching the USA and other nuffty teams in the early 90's.

If my memory serves me correct, Senter, Fitzy and Benny Reynolds had blinders in the 2004 sevens comp. What ever happened to Reynolds. wasnt he the hottest thing from penrith when we snapped him up. i remember thinking 2004 was goning to be good cause we finally had a half. cant remember him playing too many though….........luckily Prince turned up on our doorstep though.

The 7s were great fun to watch.
The entire crowd loved every second!!

Saw both days of the tournament in 2004\. Loved it! I'm not sure the clubs are interested though.

Reynolds played the first 5 or 6 games before getting injured and never making it back, he came off the bench however as Scott Prince was the No. 1 half from Round 1.
