Driving home from the game today I listened to ABC Grandstand and Warren Ryan was confident Wests Tigers will play St Slump in the first round of the semis. If he is correct would we play them at SFS or ANZ? Has anyone heard where sydney teams play their finals games :question:

I'm not sure, he read through what he thought the round one semis games would be but didn't say which team finished where. It would be good to finish 4th or 5th if we can play in Sydney as per the Wok's prediction.

if we win our next 2 games we will play either the dragons, warriors or cowboys

providing we win our last 2 games and:

cowboys win against the sharks (H) and warriors (A) - we will play them at SFS
Dragons win against warriors (H) and panthers (H) - we will play them at SFS/ANZ
warriors win against dragons (A) but lose against cowboys (H) - we will play cowboys at SFS
warriors win against dragons (A) and cowboys (H) - we will play them in NZ although i read somewhere that they may be forced to move their home final to Australia because of the Rugby World Cup

its very confusing but there the scnerarios were faced with as the semis get closer, But of course these are based on us winning the last two "easy" games. So who knows what happens between now and then

The other thing about this scenario is you wouldn't right off either Souths or the Warriors chances of possibly beating either Melbourne or Manly and with Brisbane v Saints either
We could possibly end up being the 2nd top qualifier after the first week of semis and have a distinct advantage Fingers crossed anyway

My only reasoning for that Muffstar is Souths with a bit of confidence are more likely to beat Melbourne in Melbourne than the Knights are
Hate Souths as much as anyone but my want to win a premiership overrides my hate of Souths

Manly would play the Warriors under that scenario and would be forced to play at the SFS. That would be very interesting….

broncos can very easily jump into second with 3 wins (Knights, Souths and Manly) whilst Manly could loose both to Storm and Broncos and they would swap as well.

Wouldn't it be good to see the Drags play the Storm week 1 (1st vs 8th), brisbane cowboys (3rd vs 6th), Manly vs Knights (2nd v 7th) and us play warriors (4 v 5). could have a very interesting week 1 finals
