They've got the players, but Sheens' men need to work on their attitude

THE only change the Wests Tigers are looking for against Newcastle at EnergyAustralia Stadium tonight is to do with attitude.

Theirs obviously hasn't been good enough of late - particularly when South Sydney flogged them by 40 last Sunday. The team is intact. Coach Tim Sheens has given them a chance to atone, despite the fact there were some genuinely awful performers against the Rabbitohs. Among them was star five-eighth Benji Marshall, but the word is that while he was down in the dumps for whatever reason recently his mood has improved.

With the Groovy Ghoulies
to be honest, I feel a bit for the players who have been getting in and having a go, and there were only a few on sunday. not the ones who don't.
I accept that players are carrying injuries, I just would like to see the team play to its ability and make the top 8 this year.
is that too much to asK?
as supporters we were asked to "step up" and become members. which i did
how about the some of the players stepping up, and showing us that we did not waste our money,
you are the wests-tigers, not the campbelltown kittens/concord cubs.
so get out there and bare your fangs, tear the opponents apart.

Nice of the journo that fabricated souf sydney's `interest' in the mastercoach earlier in the season (presumably to force WT management to re-sign the great man on the back of diddly squat) to raise his head above the parapet 5 days after his mate's side was toweled by 50\. No mention of his mate's outstanding achievements in making the finals 1 year out of 15.

Love your passion westTAHger. I, like you became a member this year for the first time. If the team doesn't improve it'll also be the last time!
