Ticketek Error

The National Rugby League has instructed Ticketek to temporarily cease all on-line sales for Saturday night’s Telstra Premiership Preliminary Final between the St George Illawarra Dragons and the WestsTigers at ANZ Stadium.

Sales through agencies and via telephone will continue.

The move is the result of a technical error in the Ticketek system which has failed to protect the exclusive buying status of members that had been scheduled throughout today.

Due to the Ticketek error non-members were able to secure tickets this morning.

In an effort to protect members purchasing rights, the NRL has made the decision to take the game off-sale immediately while Ticketek attempts to fix this error.

Phone (132 849) and Agency sales are still available because membership passes must be verified at collection.

The NRL will advise all fans when on-line sales will resume.

“Hopefully Ticketek can resolve this quickly,” NRL Chief Operating Officer Mr Graham Annesley said today.

“It is important that we do everything we can to protect the rights of club members.”

What category are you looking at?

The Cat 1 and 3 tickets in the Tigers Supporter bays are still available in front bays. Never use the Best Available option on Ticketek

I put in Cat 1 said sold out so i tried Cat 1 Tigers Supporter and it offered me tickets in bay 604

I ended up getting ANZ Stadium Members tickets off a mate.

I must have been lucky, I purchased mine at the start. I was a little worried that they may cancel them due to me not having to enter my membership number. Im starting to think the NRL needs to review their relationship with ticketek as this is the second time, in three matches, they have messed up the purchase of tickets for a semi final.

so i have been a tigers member for 3 seasons, i have travelled to the gold coast and canberra as our run towards the GF picks up steam, and get SEATS IN **EDIT BY ADMIN**ROW 44 BEHIND THE DEAD BALL LINE AS THE BEST OPTION
