Tigergran

She always greeted everyone at the start of her posts and signed off too.

"Hi everyone...

...yours tigerly, Tigergran"

Lovely woman, lucky to have met Kay & Stu....a few of us had a 2005 offseason lunch at Balmain Leagues

For those that don't know, mum travelled from Orange to Sydney (or most places that we played) - including the World Club Challenge in England) to watch the Tigers and did so for over 25 years.

The club awarded her their "Woman in League" award in 2012 (after her death) for her support which was presented on ground to our family that year by Ellery Hanley. Her ashes were sprinkled on the hill at Leichhardt Oval when Balmain Tigers held a High Tea for her at Leichhardt Oval during a lower grades game. We asked the club if we could sprinkle the ashes and they said officially you can't.......but we are going to leave a gate open and would encourage the family to take a walk at halftime to the hill side of the ground.... Very cool gesture.

Mum loved the forum dynamics and was an overall great friend to many on here at the time.

Time does move on but seeing her as "forever online" was always special when coming on the forum.
