Tigers/WT coaches

that picked the wrong career..let's see, Wayne Pearce, Terry Lamb, with Paul Langmack….any others that come to mind? Otherwise, we have usually been (relatively) well served by those at the helm...#believe Potter :sign:

I'm not sure Tommy made a good coach for the Maggies just prior to the Wests Tigers …....... Terry Lamb would be worst for Wests Tigers.

Alan Jones definitely the worst
Terry Lamb not far behind.

Wayne Pearce wasn't too bad. Look at the squads he had to work with and how well they performed, not too bad.

I do think though that he'd make a good assistant coach.

Nah,my Uncle was one of the Trainers at the time and he had no idea, shame because he was a great player. Not everyone wants to drink goats milk & spend all day in the gym, similar to whats happening now, once the Coach looses the players, for whatever reason(,Taylor at Souths for eg,), the Team is stuffed.
We can do with a player like Pearce now,the Tiges really missed him when he retired,no one to clean up the half breaks,Same thing is happening now with our rigid defence structure,Fullback is about the only position that has a roving commission.
All this is just MO of course..

Think of the ex Wests players turned coach in last decade… Some successful

- lamb
- langmack
- coleman
- hasler
- flannagan
- kearney
- jason taylor
- henjak
