Us and them

Early days yet, anything can happen and anyone can win this match, who has the fire in the belly to put in 80 big minutes will take the two I reckon…

He is referring to a hypothetical fish tank good poker players can clearly see….if you can't see the fish after 2-3 rounds of the table, pick up you money and go and have a drink.

Currently we are slight dogs but watch the Parra army take the bait (all the experts tipping them) and take the overs. Its an even money bet in my mind of Woods plays but we may get a 4-6 start come kickoff.

Sports betting is one of the only punts where you can still take advantage of dumb money (people who bet for their team regardless of the odds).

some fortunately can't help it obviously. Anyway i don't bet on footy because I'm too dumb to separate logic from emotion. So I'm talking hypothetically.

Who gives a rats who they tip. They're no experts, they just guess like the rest of us and we all know how difficult it is to succeed in a tipping comp!

I think it's more theirs to lose.

We seem more consistent this year, and probably won't play a whole lot better than previous games, but that could well be enough to win.

Eels seem more like how we've been traditionally - hot and cold, potential world beaters, but generally fall-shorts.

it's a gamble
