Was just on the Zero Tackle site looking for centres from the ESL (we need one ) and they are claiming that Bennett has told the staff and players he is quitting at seasons end

I personally can't believe that Bennett would walk out at their greatest time of need but it was a huge shock to read

Is there any other reports going on in regards to this ??

Bennett in recent times has been very short term focused, he has done his bit and has a legacy.

He no longer has an eye for the future (which is fair enough) so I would have been astounded if he stayed.

It would be funny if he ends up going to dragons. Benji and bennet together is a match made in heaven lol.

I really hope he ends up going to the warriors though. If not as a coach, then general manager or something in that sense.

I didn't like him much until I saw that story. I have a lot of respect for bennet for the way he has looked after his family- both biological and his team.

Alex McKinnon is lucky in the sense that he has bennet who can continuously encourage him.
