Yes, yes it is. You'd hardly expect him to say "We're totally unprepared for Sunday's game. It's going to be freezing cold and most of the boys would just as soon not turn up but I guess we're obligated to play. We're no hope of winning though."

It's hard to take them seriously now isn't it.

Still at least we have players playing where they should be - It would have been good if it had happened a couple of years earlier but hey…

That's the thing isn't it. All of these little interviews which we know is just more media spin doctoring…The season is on the line, the fans know it and so do the players and really, if the players seriously want to make the 8 and play semi-final football then they'd want to be ready to play each week because if we lose, we're pretty well stuffed. We've got games against 2 sides in the top 4 still to go and Manly are now looking pretty dominant with their big forward pack getting the job done well lately, and realistically we'll need to beat 2 of these 3 sides.
