I’ve head a few of the Eels players come out and defend Brad Arthur and then also defend Trent Barrett.
I don’t think our playing roster is strong enough, but I do agree with AHX to a certain extent as it does not appear Benji has the right personality to really connect with his players.

you are so right!!! Imagine a good coach having these kids to teach, he would be rubbing his hands, instead we will lose due to the rubbish coaching!!

Our edge defence is absolutely woeful. For sharpe to score as many as he did showed our vulnerability.
I have no issues with benji at helm, but we need to replace Morris as defensive coach, apart from a few games early in the season we have been turnstyles on the edges ---> both sides.

Well marshall hasn't been publicly called into question like Brad Arthur was.

And there's a divide with what marshall and richo are trying to do with the young fellas and senior players.

I think you are drawing a long bow to suggest benji doesn't have the personality to connect with his players...

The issue is we are the youngest nrl team running around at the moment with a few old heads.

Sezer offers nothing in the halves, if lainu and galvin were playing together we'd see alot more spark in attack.

The team needs time (which they have had this sesson) and quite a few recruits for next year.

And most importantly, a well established defensive coach!
