Firstly….Spartan I thought you'd be younger, CB I thought you'd be older! Striker I thought you'd be a little older...but not by much!

Live in Newcastle but am originally from Sydney. Been here since 2001\. Love the place - it is the Northern Beaches but without all the people. Work as an Insurance Assessor and am 36.

Still dirty that they withdrew the offer to Tim Brasher.......but he did play the game and lost.

Now I am curious, how old are Willow, Ink and Kul?

When did people first start using this forum (or the previous one before it?)
2002/2003'ish for me i think. Back when it first started over on wt.com.au, back when RLEAGUE.com had it's big grandstand forums. Username then was "CULLUS.ONLINE"
aahhhh the memories of Ink and Simonthetiger having fights… oh wait, 8 years on and it's still happening

before that I remember Tap Twist had a cool little site

29 years young, young family - (wife, one boy, one girl), mortgage belt.

Lives in Mount Annan 2567\. Grown up in Camden/Macarthur Area.
I Am currently the Store Manager of a Local Computer Shop, but have been in Real Estate, Advertising, the Building industry, and retail sales. I'm currently studying a B of Education online via Open U. Never too old to learn..

Was always a Balmain Fan as long as i could remember, and when they merged with wests to me it was a dream come true - local representation, and survival of the Super League/ARL Years. The Premiership in 2005 and the Finals appearance last year have just been bonsues to me…

Hi im daniel and Im 32\. I grew up near mittagong NSW. I sort of used to support Newcastle as I liked Joey Johns..but then during High School i started to go to Maggies games, and the seed was planted. Then I moved to campbelltown to go to Uni and went to all the wests games so became a full time supporter (i was even 'spotted - face in the crowd' in the local paper wearing a plastic maggies shirt which they handed out at the game which gave me a free meal for 2 at Lonestar). I never really liked Balmain Tigers (i even once made a cheeky remark to Laurie Nicholls on the bus on the way to a Balmain game) but then the merger happened and I was happy enough. I then got a job in the City and moved funnily enough to East Balmain. So i continued to go to all the games, seeing them finish just outside the 8 every year. That was, until I moved to London…and in that year they won the comp. Although i did get to see them play the world club challenge at Huddersfield in the UK - where they got smashed.

Im still in london now working in a Finance job, and the Tigers (along with my family and friends) is one the other main things i miss about aus. I did manage, however, to see a few games in person last season - including the finals one against Easts..and that famous lost scrum.

anyway, go the tiges in 2011!
