Well done Marina & Board

Marina & the board has done a great job thus far.I was expecting the Tigers are doomed stories to be all across the papers this morning. To go from a club that has had that many leaks Huggies should have been our sponsor, to a club that loses it's CEO without so much of a murmur(maybe Simonthetiger had some inside knowledge but did well not to leak it) is huge in such a short period of time. It shows that this club is finally being controlled at the right level. Here's to Marina & the board building a long & sustainable future for the Tigers.Well done.

If he was pushed and we can only assume he was, it sends a strong message to everyone within the club that everyone is now accountable for the role they play in the organisation ,and that can only be a good thing. Although the board now have to find the resources that allows people to be able to perform their roles on a equal playing field with their competion and that has always been our downfall

Good post.

For the club to prosper, it needed to cut the tie with the Magpies/Balmain connection. From the time the new board was established, it is now all about Wests Tigers …. Not how things once were. Even on the forum, the squabbling that once existed between Magpies and Balmian fans has almost dissipated. The us and them mentality has all but gone ... And it had to. It's great to all be pulling in the one direction.

May have had a bit of heat taken off with the Eels CEO resigning the day before. Whispers are there is a possibility Manly will be next. Only time will tell. I really think the Panthers vision/plan has both the Eels and West Tigers under pressure. Again only time will tell.

Both posts are well said,Marina and the new board is exactly what the WTs needed badly…
One board working in a forward direction for the benefit of this club...no more factions and we have you haven't type crap is all but gone, and good riddance....As Willow and many others have said "let's be proud of our pasts, now let's look to the future"...Stability is the future and that is exactly what we have, and heaps of talent to boot.....

Hmmm…I think it's early days to be singing the praises of Ms Go and the Board. I would really like her or someone to tell us how the "evolution" will, ultimately, take place...step by step.

I suspect Mayer had better financial options head of him and just decided to take them. He's a mercenary. Talentless, but swimming in a pool of equally talenteless peers.

I love the way our board is going quietly on with their business. Very professional. No leaks to be found anywhere. The Media must hate it. Hehehehe….
