Dolphins have a successful coach but so far their signings haven’t really been crash hot, if they sign a big big name then maybe things will look better for them but they have mostly signed players who are on the back end of their careers

Both Bromwich bros are north of 30. With the exception of Brandon Smith, I think Melbourne would be happy to let them go to get a retirement package. They have a few promising forwards coming through.
Doesn’t mean they’ll make a major impact they’ll provide experience for their juniors and stuff but at this stage their team isn’t really intimidating
Bennett isn’t dumb. He’s copy and paste a culture. They may not play like 27 year olds but they will prepare well and mentor young fellas.

I don’t agree on GNR much but in this case us signing Korisau and Papali’I are much better signings than the entire roster of the Dolphins so far one thing that is true is if a team can sign one major player it attracts other talent we can sign more better players attracting those 2 alone so far only thing Dolphins have is Bennett good coach but roster is poor so far
The bromwichs and kaufusi looked ok putting 60 on us last year. Nicholls took his team to a GF. The young HB from Penrith is tipped to be a sensation. Bit rough on those guys.
