He also has the opportunity to build a dynasty at our club with tremendous junior depth and also strong sponsorship and commercial backing. We need to go back to our traditions of junior development and expansive football. He may be our coach or John Morris. Either would be far superior than what we had for the last 3.5 years.Whatever is happening, I still don’t see CC coming. He has Italian heritage so I’m assuming he wouldn’t sacrifice time with his family for money. There is also the possibility that he could be sacked after 2 years if other teams perform better. I could list the pros and cons, but the cons far outweigh pros. He is building a reputation where he is now and at age 37. He is also enjoying the results of his hard work. There is only upside if he continues what he is doing. A move to a poorly managed club at the bottom of the ladder is high risk.
