The Redcliffe Dolphins are set to make there historic debut in round 1 next season against the Tri Colours to play for the Arthur Beetson Cup, honouring the legendary front-rower who played for both clubs.

We can reveal NRL Chief Executive Andrew Abdo wants the match to be played on Sunday, March 5 at Suncorp Stadium for a 4pm K/O on both Fox & Ch. 9 coverage.

A crowd of more than 30,000 is expected to watch old super coach Wayne Bennett launch the NRLS 17th team against one of the premiership favourites to honour the greatest Indigenous player in the game's history. (DT)

He'll be good for their back 3.
Not sure what he can offer forwards.
Such a different defensive game to league.
Year out from WC. Eddie is a mad scientist
Seibold just left them ,seems he wants some league edge in there

I can't see Charlie playing 1 unless Daine is playing 6 or 7. I'd have Charlie at 14 not Daine.

Stef should start over Twal. Start the game with our biggest pack to intimidate and make early metres. Twal, Pole and Blore come off the bench for mine.
