Which nuffy will we make look like a superstar this week?

We have a fine tradition of making very poor/average players look like superstars each and every year.

Some fine examples in years gone by include Adam Cuthbertson, George Rose, Fetuli Talanoa, John Sutton, Dylan Farrell and many more that I can't think of right now.

Having looked at the Penrith team, there are three prime candidates for this week:

Adrian Purtell
Brad Tighe
David Simmons

Who will win?

Not a nuffie, but beware of Lewis. Should've been a certainty for SOO.

Anyways, my guess would be Tighe, if we lose.

Nathan Smith or Brad Tighe. I'm sure we already made Tighe look like a superstar once when he was playing for Newcastle.

I think everyone nominating Lewis needs to read the thread title.

Agreed Lewis is anything but a nufty, he is the sort of player that could turn a team like ours into world beaters. Turns up every week has all the skills and is willing to dig deep when it gets hard unlike our so called super stars who throw the towel in when it gets a bit hard

Not to mention is quite adept anywhere in the second row, has probably lost a bit of pace but still an able winger/centre and can also can play at pivot reasonable well.

Definitely captain material, leads by example every week.

Nigel Plum

Real nuffy of the Penrith team - I honestly didn't think he played NRL - thought he was over in the ESL or something.

Plum had a blinder last week, Tighe did as well.

My guess is the ball boy
