WHY ON NYC GAME ON FOX?

Fox sports is doing the tigers game live on Sunday, then why is :blah fox not showong the under 20s game. Again we get the warriors u20s game on instead, I for one Iam sick of them getting all the coverage. Can anyone explain this? :bash

It's a weird one.

I guess as two time premiers they get preference, plus the commentators will be there regardless to call the main game for Sky.

leaves a 2 hour gap before the start of League coverage again

The game before the Tigers is first grade, not NYC. 12pm kick-off (Sydney-time) Warriors vs Manly.
No Channel 9 game Sunday due to cricket.

Warriors v Manly is on at 12pm on Nine. Makes sense they would not show a NYC game against an NRL game

It's probably in their contract not to do so…

Chan 9 will be showing warriors v manly at 12pm syd time live before cricket. Nyc will be warriors v manly 10am-12pm syd time on fox (via sky nz)

Unfortunately because of the time difference the Warriors NRL side usually get either the Saturday 7.30pm (5.30pm Syd. time) or the Sunday 2pm (Midday Syd. time) timeslot for their home games, as the first Saturday and first Sunday NYC games are the two that Fox Sports covers almost every Warriors home NYC game is on Fox, wouldn’t matter if they were reigning premiers or running last they would still get the bulk of their home NYC games shown on Fox.

It is a little unfair to the other 15 NYC sides but difficult to overcome if the NYC games are going to be shown live…
