i was at the game and didnt have a great view, but Woods seemed to have a cracker of a 2nd half but no threads started of him yet? i havent had a chance to watch the replay so what do you guys think?

he had a couple of great runs, one where if we had some support could have been converted into a try.

I listen to sports ears and he seems to be judged harshly by the referees, and as far as the 2 quick penalties go, they weren't penalties in the first half.

Ive liked woods for a long time now, and i know he has a head start on Groat but easily the best young prop at the moment.

I really hope that 2nd half is something to build upon.

Good no nonsense player. Like him.
Though needs more ball security, he will get it by experience.

Go WOodsy ! :sign:

To be honest I don't think the second half of the year has been as impressive as his first

I put it down to hin being a rookie and not being used to the week in week out intensity of the NRL, hoping he has a solid end to the season.

Woods went well again on the weekend, considering his experience he has been reasonably consistent. I hope he can continue to develop.
I think Groat will come on nicely as well. I think our front row stocks look excellent.
