Worst seat in the stadium

having paid top dollar i couldnt believe they put us right in front of the tigers bench, all we coulkd see were the tops of truck seats, but lucky the crowd was woeful and we could move to a better seat .tonights crowd puts the campbelltown debate to bed . The mccarthur people do not support the tigers overall.
As for the footy , neiter side was NRL standard tonight

Refs were terrible too, that's like the 3rd game this weekend where the penalty count hit 20+

I thought the refs were excellent. We are a very ill-disciplined team and until this changes we will continue to give away 1000 penalties a game.

Only call that had me confused was about the 65th minute when we got called for a knock down when Brisbane had the ball ,they didn't go to the replay as they were looking at when ayshford almost scored from a dropped bomb

Did the Brisbane player try and pass it and we knocked it down ??

i agree demonborger.

the refs look for minor indiscretions to penalise, to the normal eye (someone not as critical as most of us or understand the minute details of the game) alot of the penalties are rubbish..

the one where farah 'pushed' the player as he was playing the ball in the first half - it was a disgusting penalty. some went our way too..

refs are ruining games over penalising stuff. they need to feel loved. best games are the ones that flow - where only discrections effecting the overall run of the game should be penalised. not picking and choosing minor ruck indisrections (which happen every 2nd tackle).

Couldn't help it gave the refs a spray tonight awful to say the least. Had the same or similar seats last year against Canberra but made the best of it by telling Shenius what I thought. From memory they were gold category as well. Strange my silver through membership are right on the 50 opposite side of the ground but who cares???

You can't be serious surely???? The ref's were crap, nothing unusual there, in fact it is nearly expected these days.

Refs were pretty average but I dont think they affected the run of the game…...having two try decisions over ruled though is embarrasing but at least that shows that aspect of the games improved

They responded favourably a couple of times when the home crowd wanted them to

Cant believe.NO one has brought up the discusting crowd that turned up last night.the crowd was woeful .Tonights crowd puts the Campbelltown debate to bed . The Mccarthur people do not support the tigers overall.

Some people love to attempt to divide the club :crazy

Wests v panthers, poor crowd. Penrith just down the road. Penrith get 9000 at their home game the following week. About 200 supporters turn up for wests game, rest of crowd wests supporters.

Wests v broncos, 11500,(reckon there was about 15000) felt like 18000, great atmosphere. Played an out of state team.
Possibly 1500-2000 broncos fans.

Wests v eels at LO, great crowd. Parra just down the road & have a good fan base that go to their games, even when losing.
Take away the eels crowd & how many attend? Don't say 18000, you'll sound like the stupid commentators

Whatever the reason for high & low crowds can be debated forever.
Playing against local or interstate teams, wests on a winning or losing streak, the weather etc etc, we will never know.
Do you honestly believe if panthers game was at LO, it would have attracted 18000 people? If you said yes, why wasn't there a total sellout, with 1000's of people refused entry at the eels game?
Look, ya gunna get some that go to every game, some that only go to their local ground, some go to whatever game they feel like, And others who whinge & moan who do nothing but sledge the club & players & some WHO CAN'T GET OVER THE BALMAIN V WESTS CRAP :roll :crazy

Is that the cr*p you are trying to stir up?

No further comment.

How about the inner city supporters turn up to Cambo? How do you know that the 11K supporters weren't from Cambo?

Why is the blame but on the MacArthur region when I have seen a few threads from inner city supporters not wanting to make the trip?
