If you carry Hunt on the bench you will need to have another forward. Fainu has to be on the bench so Tallyn will have to bide his time. Klemmer in and Twal to bench.

I think Fainu beats out TDS in the short term.

Get Latu on playing lock when Bird needs a spell, can also cover the halves.

Fonua Pole comes on as an impact middle for Hunt, he can also cover an edge.

Sione Fainu and Twal can cover the rest of the middle rotation but Terrell May should be playing 60 odd minutes a week.

Could even carry TDS over Twal to give Api a spell.

Total agree. Api will need to play around 60 min for the WTs to be effective. TDS needs to be on the bench. I think Api still has a 1 game penalty to serve so TDS will most likely start at hooker in R1 and Latu on the bench. I see Latu and TDS sharing the 14 role after R1 unless Latu can make it as a centre. Plenty of good 5/8 played centre before they became 5/8s.

What position are you expecting Fainu to be used in?

I think Fainu has to be in the 17 in 2025. Whether it is to give a rest to the 9 or 13 and cover for the 7, 6, 3, and 4. We cannot have both TDS and Fainu on the bench and carry Hunt as one of the two forwards, in my opinion.
