Youth policy

Not sure if this has been rabbled through before, but the youth policy, blooding young players etc at the tigers is ordinary. Went to the Bronx game last night, and wow. The sheer excitement and attitude, young legs, ideas and skills was amazing.

Sheens didn't do this at the raiders or cows, which led to his demise and undoing.

I hate to say it, but the Bronx have the best youth policy in the league, and a great mix of experience.

We are getting it wrong. We have the talent, a good nursery area.

I'm hardly one to be making excuses for Sheens, but the Broncos have something of a generous area to choose from, and imo Sheens youth policy has been very good for the main.
Its not his fault if the juniors just arent there, it ebbs and flows, you'll get a good crop then it dries up….increases again

WE need an injection of youth power and SPEED, one at lock one at 7 wing center and f/b

I think Sheens has it about right between youth and experience. He does blood the exciting juniors (recently James Tedesco, Matt Groat and Aaron Woods) and keeps the experienced guys to balance the team. I admit the Broncos youthful team is exciting but they do have a very big junior nursery to choose from.
