thats what i initially thought
playing a penrith sort of tactic both robbie and iosefa as two pronged attack making heaps of play making options
so long as farah plays the 80, taking him off will be the end of the game

I am happy to have egg on my face if we win but I dont see the logic in naming iosefa on the bench.
I thought Ava had a good solid game last week and with 2 young bookends starting having Ava on the bench would be the right thing to do.
Potter has been bringing on the last forward replacement near the end of the game with both Pettyborne and BMM getting limited game time over the past couple of weeks. I just dont get it.
You could of had Ava and Bell replace the young props and then give Fulton and Anasta a rest with BMM and Eddy.
IMO iosefa does not offer us much off the bench unless Robbie is injured.

He is the worst player we have at the Tigers!!! He gives away more Penalties then any other player… I would rather play with 16…

I think he may have been named with the plans of a dry match and attacking tiring forwards out of dummy half. I definately think big Ava would have been a better option.

I watched the state cup last week and thought the Wests Tigers looked better when Luani was at hooker. I said last year that Iosefa is a park footballer and that Politoni was a better player. EWhen robbie is out with SOO I would rather even Fulton at hooker over Iosefa. Iosefa is not good enough for the NRL in defence and gives away far too many penalties. I can’t believe we didn’t ship him off to the Warriors.

Watch last years footage and count how many games he cost BRET with his terrible defence and how many penalties he conceded.

Bringing his to the club in front of Politini was a mistake, playing him in the NRL is a mortal sin
